ChaiConnect South Asian Women’s Health Conference
August 21 - August 23, 2020
Our South Asian Women's Health Conference will provide culturally relevant information for South Asian women by South Asian women. It’s so important to have conversations about South Asian women’s health & it’s so vital that South Asian female voices are centered in these conversations.
We love the "mirrors & windows" concept popularly used in literature & this term applies to ChaiConnect programs as well. While the content is designed for South Asian women, this is a "mirrors & windows" event. It will serve as a "mirror" for South Asian women to "see" themselves in the program & a "window" into South Asian women's health for non-South Asian healthcare professionals + friends & family of South Asian women.
